My contribution to Wattpad's #JustWriteIt Challenge. It follows the character of Lance, an artistic representation of myself. The names have been changed due to privacy reasons but the story of Sam Peter is true. Sam Peter is a young man who helped Lance through the toughest parts of his adventure he's come across so far. Sam Peter is a young man who is an important person to Lance, but that wasn't known until Lance almost lost his own life. Sam Peter never took a breath, but he gave Lance the chance to keep his. Sam Peter changed Lance's life.

From childhood, Lil's life has been a nightmare. Her mother tried drowning her in the bath as a baby. As a result, she deals with depression and anxiety. When her boyfriend breaks up with her, she decides to get behind the wheel and is tempted to text him one last thing. Imagine her horror when she smashes into another car, the driver someone very close to her. Will she end up like her mom in prison? Will she let despair and guilt drag her back into darkness or will she find hope for a future, as hard as it may be? This is a book I wrote a few years ago before I found Wattpad. I never got a lot of feedback on it, so I appreciate you even taking a look and giving a few comments. You guys are rockstars. Thanks for reading!
