Ellie Grace Madden, or as she likes to be called, Grace, doesn't have the greatest home life. With her mother leaving her when she was young, and her father being an alcoholic who takes his anger out on her, she is extremely happy when she can just get out of that horrible place and move away to college for her passion of dancing. When she gets there, she meets all different kinds of people.
