Tommy acorda nesse local com medo e confuso e junto com mais 6 crianças iram sofre as mais doentias torturas praticadas pela tal criatura. Tendo que seguir as regras imposta pela criatura, e forçados a fazer coisas horríveis Tommy tentará de toda maneira sair vivo dessas brincadeira mortais, o sádico jogo da criatura vai começar, e ele só quer brincar.
