Hellfever

Bryn hunts alone, never troubling herself with the company of a partner who she thinks can only screw things up. But when she comes across a blue-eyed stranger on a hunt and finds herself down shit creek without a paddle, she may just have to change her mind.

Demons are crossing the portals more often, leaving Bryn and the other hunters with no other choice. Turning to the Academy, the home of the half-angel half-human huntsmen, both parties find themselves out of their element, dealing with a social class they despise. But if they want to find and destroy the cause for this sudden increase in activity, they must overcome their differences for the survival of humanity.

As if that wasn't enough, Bryn discovers that her heritage isn't quite what she had believed, that everything was a lie.
