A young Apprentice named Moonpaw travels to Mothermouth with her father Stoneclaw who was supposed to become the new clan leader. But Starclan does not believe Stoneclaw is worthy and chooses Moonpaw to become the new leader of Nightclan and take the name Moonstar.
