Kylie Wren just moved to Portland, Oregon with her father so he could follow his dreams of becoming a tiny house builder. She's excited about the move, ready for a fresh start. She's starting her Junior year of high school with high hopes. 

When she moved she didn't leave much behind. Her mother died when of brain cancer when Kylie was 4, and life only got harder after that. As she got older she began to shut down, pushing people away. This caused her to lose the few friends she had. 

Starting High School was only another shove under the water for Kylie. People started ignoring her and spreading rumors. Freshman and Sophomore year was  complete and utter hell. 

Will Kylie be able to push through and accept these changes for the best?
