15 year old Chloe is a normal girl, except for the obvious fact that she is a princess and her best friend is a dragon. A problem though is that Chloe's dad hates dragons, literally every single dragon he hates, no matter what. Chloe's dad always hated dragons for one reason, his wife, the queen and Chloe's mother, had died by a dragon attack. But not everything is how it seems.
Chloe's life turns around when she meets a meets a young dragon named Star. It turns out that Star has a message from a mysterious person who says they have information about what really happened to her mother. Wanting to prove to her father that not all dragons are evil, Chloe and Star go off to find this mysterious person. Friends will become enemies and the things that Chloe has always believed will start to seem less real. This is the story of a princess and a dragon.

Dameon who has always hated Alicent and her children by association gets a bit of a shock when he meets Alicent and Viserys's youngest daughter and develops feelings for her. Rhaelle grew up hearing stories about how horrible Daemon was, but there is something about him that catches her attention. Their feelings for each other create a problem and she knows no one in her family will be happy about it. In this story Daemon is only 10 years older than Rhaenyra. Viserys and Alicent married when Rhaenyra was 8 years old. Rhaenyra married Laenor when she was 15. Harwin Strong is alive and still with Rhaenyra. Laena dies while giving birth to the twins and none of them survived. Daemon and Rhaenyra don't marry. This story will not follow the TV show or the book timeline, at least not all of it.
