After defeating the labyrinth Sarah went on to live a normal well as normal as it could be with Jareth always watching her her dating life was almost nonexistent then Darek the king of the elves plans to kill Sarah so Jareth kidnaps Sarah to protect her but she thought it was because he couldn't take the fact that he was beaten by a girl. Little did anyone know that the girl had fallen in love with the king of the goblins. Then Darek found a way to get to Sarah without Jareth being able to stop him but when he did he lost the nerve to kill Sarah so he kidnaps her instead when Jareth found out he declared war on the elves and tried to find Sarah and save her from Darek. Meanwhile Darek was trying to get Sarah to fall in love with him just to hurt Jareth even more but he didn't know that Sarah is in love with Jareth making his efforts useless and making his evil plan to take over the goblin kingdom impossible.
