The Law of Torren

This story is kind of like Among the hidden. Its a story where you can only have two children. But in this futuristic story people are legally only able to have one child. But what everyone doesn't know is that Leporis it the second child of the Panet family. Only her mother's best friend and her husband know that they have the extra child. Laurette and Gunnar only know because they too have broken the law of Torren. They have two children with one on the way. The thing is, the secret children aren't able to get what truly makes you a Torren citizen. Babies get a unique symbol on their wrists when they're born. Her sister, Velvet has a symbol on her arm, but Leporis will never get one, or to go to school, or even just get to take a simple trip the the grocery store. All I can say is, its gonna be one bumpy ride for her.
