Alice Pardue has convinced herself that she is many things- A loner, a goner, and an outcast. One thing she knows for sure is that she is a mutant. Also, she knows that her ability only brings misery to her and those around her. She thinks that she is a monster. She's still trying to figure herself out when someone new comes into her life who tells her that what she is is beautiful. She doesn't know who to believe anymore.
