What's going on with this house?? A GHOST!!

I don't know what's going on with this house I live.It is very scream for me since my parents move into this house.Sometimes,I heard some voice and broken things are fall.
Harlet,my friend who was Mr.Harly son just come back from Japan after finished studied in there.He is the one who truly believe me and helping me to solve this and we are investigate together.I don't know when I am started get a feeling on him,will he felt that too? My neighbour's house is normal. There are two stories, stairs, and a tiny porch. A red door, and many windows with pretty crimson shutters. My neighbour's house is normal. The lights are on when they need to be, and off when they don't. The grass is mown, and there are sometimes cars in the driveway. My neighbour's house is normal. Sometimes I can see into some of the rooms. Always when I'm not really trying. The rooms are nice, with a warm colour scheme and polished wooden furniture. There is one room that is entirely white. A bare bulb swings from the ceiling. From the outside, I can see no furniture. The walls are old and stained.. There are no shutters on that window. My neighbour's house is normal. I see them sometimes. They're gone most of the day. We wave when we see each other, coming or going. Those two seem nice. Didn't they used to have a son about my age? My neighbour's house is normal. They turn off their lights about the same time we do. Except in that one room. The lights in the white room stay on late each night. I tried to watch them, once, to see how late they stayed on. I fell asleep. When I woke up, they were already off. My neighbour's house is normal. Sometimes I hear sounds from the house. Almost like muffled screams. Everyone gets night terrors, it's common knowledge that, at night, everything can sound scary. My neighbour's house is normal. Except when it isn't.

The place could fit a small family and had a large garden, it was isolated and quiet, a perfect place to get away with murder and that's exactly what happened. The Avery family was killed. A mother and her son. They were both too young to die, the mother only being 34 and the son only being 16. No one understood why anyone would want to kill the little family, who's been through hell and back after the father walked out on them. He took all the money forcing them to move into the tiny home. Even then, they were still positive about things until... The terrifying day took place. No one has ever moved into the house since then, considering all the rumors going around about the son haunting the cottage. His first sighting being a few months after the murder and since then there's been many reports of his shadowy figure in the windows. Teenagers often explored the place but as soon as they were out of the house, they never went back inside. - Zach Herron, aged 17, now ready to move into a house of his own. After being under his parents watchful eye for years, he's ready to finally walk on his own two feet. He could've moved out at 16, legal age in England, but decided against it but now he was prepared. The cottage seemed like a fitting place for him to stay, he's seen the reviews about it being 'haunted' but paid no mind to it. [This story was written and finished a long time ago, meaning it's completely awful and I highly regret writing it now. I won't stop you from reading if you so desperately want to for whatever reason but please be mentally prepared to cringe multiple times.]
