Scarlet Watt has a lot of energy. Her mom has tried everything possible to contain it. Even after signing her up for every sport offered, there hasn't been an outlet for her energy. One day at the park, her mom is introduced to the idea of Irish Step Dancing. 

From there, she signs Scarlet up in hopes that it will help burn some of her crazy energy. Will her intense energy help her become a champion? Or will she lose all focus in class and Irish Dance will just be another failed attempt?
