Gabby Anderson, recently graduated from college is asked to return to the South Georgia coast to care for her family property while her aging grandmother is recovering from a fall. At first she thinks it will be no problem living on a tiny barrier island but when she finds a job as a cleaning lady at the infamous Thorne Hill House- an exclusive hotel owned by a reclusive family things start to go a bit amiss. Stories of murder, curses, hidden treasure and a handsome stranger who might or might not be a ghost start to complicate Gabby's life. It's up to her to find out why her family is blamed for the Thorne Hill Curse and who murdered five girls almost a hundred years ago before it is too late.
