Long ago Suzu and Misoka Nakayama were friends with the Hittachin brothers. But they always pushed the girls away.
Then one Christmas day the girls tried to tell them apart. Unfortunately they were wrong... and heartbroken. They moved away a week later for business purposes.
Now they are back and going to Ouran Academy. So when they meet their old friends, their goal is to tell the twins apart or something will break apart...
