In every high school romance this is how the story goes. They meet most likely him being a jock and she a nerd or something. Some sort of incident pulls them together and they eventually end up liking each other. They accidentally kiss. Blah blah..... Then his ex, or past comes back to haunt him and the girl gets upset. A week after she forgives him and whatnot then they're kinda back to normal. Well my story will kinda be the same so accept it. But my female lead is as hard as I am. I'm not heartless but I don't just run around giving out second chances to my ex's. So if you love those cliché books don't read this. The male lead will be somewhat cliché but this is the real world and I don't believe in fairy tales so he's not gonna tell her sweet nothings for her to fall in love with him. Again. Not your ordinary cliché story. I don't even know my characters yet. You're warned. You can't say you weren't. To those who risk reading this. I hope you enjoy it. Urs Truly

Oh, here we go again-another friends-to-lovers story. I know what you're thinking: Doesn't everyone write these? Isn't this trope overdone? And honestly? You're not wrong. It's the kind of story we've all seen a thousand times. Childhood friends, shared memories, unspoken feelings-it's familiar, maybe too familiar. But hear me out, because this story? It's a little different. Or at least, that's what I'm hoping for. You see, this isn't just a simple tale of two friends realizing they're meant to be. No, it's going to take time-a slow burn, the kind that makes you want to yell at the characters to just get together already. There will be tension, moments of "almost," and plenty of "what ifs." But along the way, there will also be laughter, growth, and those little moments that make you fall in love with their story as much as they fall for each other. It won't be perfect-real love stories never are. There will be misunderstandings, hurt feelings, and some walls to break down. But that's what makes it worth it, right? The journey. The messy, complicated, beautiful journey. So, buckle up. Maybe you'll roll your eyes once or twice. Maybe you'll scream at the characters through the pages. But hopefully, you'll also laugh, smile, and, by the end of it, feel like the journey was worth it. Let's have some fun with this. Shall we?
