Raina planned, schemed, and murdered for no other reason then she was bored. 
She had always been this way.
She noticed things other people didn't. 
She was a sociopath so she had no qualms about manipulating others to get her way.
She knew if people really saw her as she is they would come at her with torches and pitchforks.
So she created a mask so people, stupid, STUPID people, would think of her as a sweet and bubbly girl.
And she has something big planned and whatever she does,
She can never, EVER get caught.
