This is my first fanfic I ever attempted writing so I'm sorry it sucks Dan has a bad life and is constantly looking for the positive and usually comes up short... Until Phil. I could be updating a real story rn but I decided to make this. It is currently 1:36 AM, day after thanksgiving and I want to kill myself.

Dan's mother is terminally ill and all she wants is for her son to finally find someone to settle down with, so when there's a misunderstanding and she thinks he and Phil are dating, Phil panics and goes along with it if only to keep her happy in her last days. Neither of them planned on her getting better aka your classic fake relationship to real relationship fic, except I can't make anything classic bc I have to be rebellious and switch things up from the usual... we'll see :D aka the fic where Dan and Phil are IDIOTS and it takes them ages to wise up and realize they're in love xD
