Penny Blossom is the best reporter at the American Society of Protection of wildlife and Pets (ASPP), a big animal protection corporation that rescues animals and strives for improving animal rights in government status. As the best reporter in the organization she was requested for a undercover assignment. Penny Blossom goes undercover as a college apprentice studying to be a zoologist, she must infiltrate a suspected "puppy mill" run by the well known Mike Hunter ecologist farm and dog breeding organization.
