“What is it like, feeling high?” I asked shyly. Now that I think of it, it’s a stupid question to ask. I wasn’t thinking though. I never thought when I was with him. Why didn’t I ask something else? I fidgeted with my fingers as I waited for an answer.

“I don’t know exactly how to explain it to you so you will understand, but it feels really good. Especially if you want to relax and forget, at least for a while.” He said looking straight ahead with an emotionless expression.

Scarlet is different. How, she is not sure, but that is what the students in her school say about her. She is constantly teased about her name and for been a loner. She doesn’t mind though, or at least that is what she thinks. She doesn’t feel like anything is missing in her life. A simple and boring life. She has her loving parents, two annoying but loveable brothers and her best friend. But two boys might change her simple life. The school’s most gorgeous guy has had his eyes on her for a while now and can’t seem to get her off his mind. How will he get her attention though? And the school’s bad boy has been a good acquaintance to her for a while now. But does he want to take it to the next step?
