You know how has that really devastating past behind the main character and somehow, this tragedy makes that person better and stronger than before? Yeah, well, my story has a tragic background in it too. But there're things missing from mine - I'm not stronger nor better, and I doubt I'll ever be. There's no Prince Charming to sweep me off my feet and take me to a better place. And there's no happy ending in it. And you know what?  I don't fucking care.
