It started with the moon.
  
  After Almandine's mother passes away, Almandine is sent to a Eclipse Academy, a boarding school her mother went to. She just thinks it is a regular boarding school, until she walks through the door.
  
  The place is filled with advanced weaponry and magic spells. Almandine learns of this secret realm called Moonspire, and she secretly sneaks off to the secret realm. 
  
  Almandine finds that Moonspire realm is a very magical place, full of magical creatures. Then she learns that Moonspire is in grave danger, and that it is her destiny to protect and save Moonspire, just like in the secret prophecy told by the Moonspire magical creatures.
