Death's Ray of Light

Subject 25613 or Death, has the power of, you guessed it, death. If any liquid substance leaks from her body (tears, blood, Ect.) she will destroy whatever it touches or she can use the power within herself. She is a threat to the world and is said to have to die to save the human race unless she can control her power, she would be used as a weapon. One boy in particular who is the son of a man who works at the branch is the only cure for her condition, as she is to him. He has what is called Golden Blood, and that is the blood of a god which allows him to never die, if they swap their blood with a special syringe, engineered to with hold these conditions they can live a normal life. Although, the association won't make it easy on them. Now Death and Ray must find a way to get past the authorities and make the switch to fulfill their normal lives.
