The Island

The government takes random children 13-17 to an island were in the ocean their is a rare jewel that only is there. It is the most expensive jewel in the world. They take the children to the island to look for the jewels so the government can stay rich. Their parents think they are helping the government make new ideas and they need the opinions of younger people. There are teams of three. One person has to stay in the ocean looking in the water for jewels. Each jewel they get is one point. The other two got out in the island to fight the other teams. Each person they kill is one point. The last team with at least a person alive and the most points wins the luxury of the government people. The people in the water always survive, if their team loses the now work for the government. Everyone has a tracker in the back of their neck that tracks their location and vitals. Everyone starts of with a backpack of basic weapons and materials to survive. Only the government knows about these competitions. If the truth would ever get out their country would start a war against them. What happens when a 14 year girl knows about the competitions and gets chosen. Will they kill them or let them take part in ruling the country.
