Beenie is has a power, well, more of a curse. She is called a Lethal. Her skin severely burns whatever touches it, and kills if you touch for too long. Another problem, just like a vampire, Lethals thirst for human blood. She grabs someone from behind, burns them, then sucks their blood.
But she never kills people who don't have it coming. She would feel horrible if she killed a man who has children or did nothing but good. So Beenie studies her victims. Which ones deserve it?
What will happen when the one Beenie thought deserved it didn't really? And what'll happen when Beenie falls in love with her?
