Malcom Cunningham is a junior at Florance High School which is located in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia. Malcom was raised in a home where all the secrets kept was beginning to take down his family. There was always something that triggered him to hurt people. He murdered his father after he sexually abused his mother. And also put his mother in a wheelchair when he was only thirteen years old. Malcom is seen as a cold-hearted person, but one person can see through that.
Marilyn Drew wasn't used to seeing her family crumble apart. Her father was a police officer and he wasn't home due to watching the neighborhoods on the east side of town. Her mother just stayed to herself. And Marilyn's little brother and sister were only raised by Marilyn. She worked about four hours at a sneaker boutique only to get enough for her siblings.
When Marilyn finds out Malcom's secret, she targets him for him to allow her to work for him. The dirty money life can catch up to Marilyn. Is just dirty money city or a thug's paradise
