The sequel to the first story, Jack quits the mob to raise a family, or what's left of it. After Napoleon is older he disobeys his father Jack and takes the position of king in the NDS, the mysterious small timer Mr. Ough from the first story wants to dish out a cold dish of revenge to the Rippiner family after the beating he received from Timothy. Napoleon being the new king, seduces Sylvia and uses her to find out any info about his father Jack. When Jack quit the mob he cut off all connection between his private island and the rest of Lundo. Napoleon is faced with the threat of Chinese mob led by Mr. Ough. The Cthulhu cult and the church of Gree are in a shooting war of which mythical God is the true bringer of destruction. The Pigs cult are also in a three army war between the Jacob's Pawns and the Turntablez. The Jacobs Pawns is a drug and orgy trafficking business the sold hazmat to the Pigs cult and the Turntablez kept the Pigs cult in check because the Pigs are crazy and capable of pretty much anything. While the entire city is in mass panic, Napoleon is fighting to keep the gangs in line, but stress almost gets the better of him. Leatherman has been having nightmares and visions of a demon like figure forming an alliance with Mr. Ough to fight against the NDS and the Rippiner family, so he goes searching for this strange demon, to hunt it and kill it.
