Without wearing any masks we are conscious of, we have a special face for each friend. We sometimes are too scared to show the real us, so we use masks as a way to show the person we wish we were, but something we break down. It's hard work to constantly be someone were not. We think people won't like the real us, the broken down us. Maia Smith is scared to take of her mask. Too scared she won't be liked, she has to show everyone she's perfect. All she needs is someone to show her it's ok to not be perfect. To show her she is perfect in her own way because every individual person is unique and perfect in their own way. She finds that person in who she never thought she'd find it in. He came crashing into her life just on time.
