Harley Quinn has been betrayed for the final time. She is locked in Arkaham and decides that she is going to get herself out, and be greater than the he ever could. She decided to never rely on anyone again. Hurt, betrayed, and scarred Harley Quinn returns to Gotham City to terroize the streets, and show the person who betrayed her that he should've killed her when he had the chance because Harley's back. She's going to show everyone she was never meant to be a side kick and that she doesn't need him. She slowly realizes that she is infact, insane and her sanity is gone, she realizes she is everything they said she was. She didn't care for human life anymore and she proved it before under his wing, now she was coming out from his shadow and showing the world what he had kept hidden for so long. She was Harley Quinn the Clown Princess of Crime and she was ready to show it.

This is my own personal version of how our lovable Dr. Harleen Quinzel fell in love with the psychopathic clown known as The Joker. This will be a dark story. I mean, it is about Joker and his story isn't a pretty one. There will be dark, mature themes in this book. It is not for the faint of heart. That being said, if you are not comfortable with this, then skip those parts. I will have them marked, and I will leave subtle hint, so you get the basic gist of what happened. Thank you for trying out this story. I'm sorry if the parts that are from Joker's POV are terrible, but I tried to get as close to his twisted personality as possible.
