Meet Nathan Parker. The British teen heart-throb of Brighton College and captain of soccer team. He had the perfect life until one tragic day, where it came crashing down and his life fell apart. He pushed everyone away and became a closed book. Nobody stayed around long enough to understand him, leaving him cold and heartless.

Now meet Violet Williams. The perfect example of the All-American Girl. She gets good grades, is determined, has loads of friends and is popular. But, she soon learns that popularity has more disadvantages than she first thought. All she wants is to turn over a new leaf. When she learns that her father has been offered an amazing opportunity in the town of Brighton in England, she is ecstatic to start a new life.

Nathan is unaware of the aspects of life that he is missing out on. But, when Violet comes to town, can she be the one to get him to try to live life to the full extent?
