Thalia is fifteen, on the run, and living in a shack in the local forest. Her mother died when she was only six leaving her with her drug addicted father. Unable to stand being sold for drugs any longer Thalia did the most logical thing, she ran. She took a bus in the middle of the night with some money she took from her father and rode to Oklahoma where she hitch hiked with nothing more than $100 dollars in cash, two changes of clothes, a hunting knife, and a blanket. She found the woods to be the easiest place to live due to the fact that there were wild animals and berries for her to eat. When times got desperate she would go down to the docks and snatch a couple of fish when the crew men weren't looking. When Thalia is out one day relaxing in her river she finds herself in a very dangerous situation as she is face to face with killing machines.

Alexis is a werewolf but her life is a little different. She has two moms. It has never happened before but her moms are mates. She has her own mate Shawn. She gets ridiculed for having two moms everyday at school because it is unusual. Alexis doesn't care what the other kids say because she loves her moms but she wants to know more about her father. Her moms won't tell her anything because they promised to keep it a secret. What happens when she finds out who her dad is? Follow Alexis on her journey of love and heartbreak. (I did something different than I usually do with my other books. I finished the book so that I would be able to update every week. I will update every Monday. I hope everyone enjoys the book.)
