"Maybe you'll learn to keep your mouth shut, Arlert" The boy sneered, letting go of my shirt causing me to fall onto the hard concrete sidewalk. I tried to stand up but one of his goonies pushed me back down, which caused laughter between the three. Quite often does this happen. If I say anything that disagrees with what they say, they'll pick on me. It's not my fault that they're imbeciles and they can't handle the truth. On the bright side, they don't typically do this everyday. But when they do, they leave multiple bruises and scars and every once in awhile, a broken bone or two. With one final kick to my body, they left me alone in the dark alley.
"Who am I kidding, there is no bright side." I whispered as the first tear slid down my face. Still sitting on the concrete, I sat against the wall behind me, pulled my knees towards me, laid my head on my knees and cried. I don't know how long I stayed like that but when I finally looked up, I saw a young man crouching in front of me.

Armin Arlert is your typical nerd. He loves books and has made straight A's since intermediate school. However, he often gets picked on for his intelligence.
That's when Eren Yeager comes into the picture. Eren is one of the few people who have shown Armin kindness. While Armin is happy that he has a new friend, he begins to have deeper feelings for Eren. The only problem? The possibility of rejection or even worse....losing Eren.
