After Optimus Prime told the autobots they were being hunted, they all scattered. Everyone got away but unfortunately one autobot didn't get so lucky in escaping. Drift thought he was going to die, till a young girl found him and repaired him, until they found them.

Follows Transformers: Age of Extinction. Kennedy Yeager was Cade Yeager's younger sister by four years. Kennedy helped take care of Tessa after her mother, Emily, passed away some years ago. Kennedy knew all about the Autobots and Decepticons due to her being friends with Sam Witwicky during the Chicago War and kept it secret from her brother and niece that she was technically married to the leader of the Autobots and is one herself.
