This is a story of corruption, after world war 3 the entire world has suffered from mass nuclear warfare and entire continents are destroyed. The knowledge of most things were lost in the burning of citys or they were lost in time Radiey (radiation) spread across the world changing life as we know it humans turned ravenous and began to eat others. The gods now choose sides and destroy most things that they would normally protect.

The Great War, the Second World War, the Vietnam War... these are all examples of such a catastrophe. Most of the mages died from fighting against humans but one mage lives her name was Yuki born from the two most powerful mages Izumi and Emiko, both were killed by a terrible tragedy. Yuki was left by her mother's best friend Akira, she promised to her mother that she will protect her beloved child and then both of them lived in exile from the humans. Akira built a little wooden house in the lake and continued to live With Akira from there on. A matter of time has passed, Yuki grew into a strong and caring child but one day she decided that she will go out and venture to the human world.Complete

A watcher keeps lonely vigil from within a fortress that has been under siege for hundreds of years, while a soldier dies for the twenty-third time, and dies again while wondering if he is going mad. First started in 2015, this story is at 50k+ words, but was removed when a plotting hiccup was encountered. I now intend to split it into three parts, and this is the complete Part 1.
