A girl named Ameilia has woken up to a murderer, Jeff the Killer. But instead of killing her, he studies Ameilia. SHe then finds the chance and whacks him with her text book. Believe it or not they soon becomes friends. Jeff starts to develop feelings for her very soon. But he is not the only one who has the feels for her. A guardian has the feels for her as well. And this guardian is the indeed, the one and only, Jack Frost. Crazy, huh?
