Max Gecowets has finally gotten his big break. While acting, he develops feelings for his co-star, Sabrina Carpenter. Unable to tell her his feelings, he does it through song, though she'll never know.
While acting for yet another movie, she meets Max. Completely oblivious to the fact that he likes her, she tries to get a childhood crush to notice her.
Sabrina one day received a text from an unknown number. After finding out its a secret admirer, she now has three boys to choose from.
Sabrina and Max learn many things behind the scenes. How to deal with heartbreak, how to forgive, how to go beyond your comfort zone, and most importantly, they find out what it means to love someone. But do they find out together?
