Apparently death really isn't the end, at least not in post apocalypse America where the Draconian Virus causes the dead to start rising. They're not zombies though, their flesh does not deteriorate, in fact they look perfectly normal., minus the fangs and all consuming black eyes. But with the Government on lock down and the CDC on a media blackout, someone has to go outside and see what's really going on, and that someone is seventeen year old Oliver James. Obsessed with anything counter-culture, this meek little misfit has at least a few mail ordered stakes, and about a hundred movies, television shows and books telling him how to use them.
