A family built on lies. We protrude ourselves in the image of perfection, me and my brother to our friends, my parents to their co-workers and yet through the constant veil of lies that lay waste on our tongues we are the golden family.
My name is Genevieve and I am the daughter of Richard and Sarah Austiere. My father, owner of Austiere co. the multi billionaire company that aids and assists in building other companies is quite the handsome and loyal fellow that people view him as, why, if you give a side eye to the multiple bruises on my mother's arms, legs and face during dinner his charming charisma sure does make you over look the extra concealer.
My mother, beautiful woman actually, never worked a day in her life even dropped out of college when she became pregnant with my older brother Charles, is quite the uplifting house wife, hosts Saturday night tea parties with my father's Co workers wives and when she's not being painted with my father's fist is the perfect mother.

They had a video camera and were discussing the "rules" to this shopping trip. The rules were they had to look into the camera and say what they were buying, for who and why. And the carts had to be overflowing with toys. It was as if they had dreamed their entire lives of doing a "who cares how much it costs" shopping spree at Toys R Us for their children. Just recklessly spending on a bunch of STUFF. That was 2007. And then came 2008. But, more disturbing to me, was the impact it had on families. I think moms and dads lost themselves in providing stuff for their kids and not giving their kids time. And I saw the kids suffer because of it. So, I did a little research and a lot of observing and I wrote a mostly fictional story about an upper-middle class family in the OC. It explores (it simple terms) what was going on in the economy and what teenagers really want from their parents...Complete
AFTER HIGH SCHOOL
I just graduated high school and instead of celebrating it with my friends. I choose to go on a bus for an hour's ride to my sister's to celebrate my graduation with her and her friends. What I didn't expect in our celebration though was experiencing my first one-night stand with one of her friends. However, it didn't stop from there because the one-night stand led to a whole amazing unexpectedly different summer break from what I had in mind while coming to my sister's.
