Kai is a 17 year old boy with powers. He goes to Ridge Wood High school. He gets bullied for being the weird kid. He can move water with his hands. He can breathe in water perfectly fine. He can turn into a water dragon. He goes to a regular school to try and fit in because of the government. The government is trying to take the elementals and get their powers. Kai thinks he's the only one left.

Cole is a 17 year old boy with powers too! He goes to Ridge Wood High school. He isn't very noticed but he doesn't care. He can move fire with his hands. He isn't harmed by fire. He can turn into a fire dragon. He can't be seen by the government so he goes to school. He needs to find the person who can move water if there is any. Once he finds them there would be all of them. He's friends with the other elementals.
