In the year 1954 a series of experiments were conducted.A small girl named Lilly was of those experimented on.Lilly's experiment was different.A expertly conducted serum was implanted in to Lilly's blood stream giving her special abilities.Soon after the lab exploded,killing all but Lilly so she runs away and found a large town.using her powers to her advantage and Becoming known as the tiny terror she kills to stay hidden.
