Libby Morris had been spared by the Dark Lord on many occasions, though she never understood why. She was simply another student, she was even muggleborn. But still... she had come across the monster twice within her life, and each time he had for some reason taken pity on her.

Her first year at Hogwarts was coming up, though, and that pushed all her troubling matters out of mind. The excitement at being able to learn magic was extraordinary, not to mention she would be in the same year as the famous Harry Potter, who she had often dreamed of meeting.

She wondered if he knew Voldemort was still out there, and that's when the dreams started.

Frequently, Libby began to dream of a strange girl called Caroline, and her friend, Tom Riddle. With these dreams came new mysteries. Who were these two children? And why did she feel so close to them?
