Yolanda Anderson,16, was a honor student, a good girl until she met her bad boy Eric Nash, 21, despite the age difference they fell madly in love. After a couple of months living in paradise they began to fall apart. Eric went his own way leaving Yolanda in depression, she had given up everything to be Eric. Months later, Yolanda realizes she was pregnant with twins. She tried contacting Eric but he wanted nothing to do with her anymore. She was alone and pregnant. She couldn't stand it so one day she overdosed killing herself. Luckily, her children were able to be revived. They were put in foster care.

Kadeeja was adopted by Kalani & Trevor King. Her life wasn't as good. Her parents divorced. Kedeeja stayed with her father who was an alcoholic and gambler. Kansandra never knew Kadeeja. But Kadeeja knew Kansandra,and she wanted her life.
