Therapy || Bucky Barnes
"I tried to kill you as soon as I met you... Do you really trust me not to try again within a month...?" Cara Nielsen's entire working career has revolved around sorting out the problems of the Avengers and other miscellaneous S.H.I.E.L.D. members that surround them which is a pretty interesting task. From Iron Man to Thor, she's had the whole lot in her office on at least one occasion (many more with the likes of Stark and Banner), consulting her for advice or asking for help with dealing with what they do. Her agenda changes drastically however, when a new patient is brought to the building and placed permanently on her books while the others are reassigned to a new therapist just out of college. All she knows is that she'll see him every day to conduct rigourous psychoanalysis on what Hydra has done to his brain. Beyond that... she's in the dark. ©FearTheWinterSoldier 2016 ALL RIGHTS GO TO MARVEL STUDIOSComplete

arcane (adj.) secret, mysterious, understood by only a few Magdalena Sokolov only knows two things for certain at any given time: 1. the only person she can ever fully trust is herself. Gifted with a set of abilities due to HYDRA experiments as a child combined with training from the Red Room, Magdalena was cursed with the ability to never let herself be more than arcane. She had to keep her secrets, she had to be mysterious, she had to keep herself closed off. Magdalena never thought she'd meet a group of people as strange as they were and would come to call them her family. She never thought they'd be working together to do good for the world, or that she'd find love and happiness with a certain Scarlet Witch. The second thing Magdalena knew for certain at any given time? 2. expect the unexpected, especially when there's a group of idiots called the Avengers involved.Complete
Wolf Avenger x Natasha
Note, this takes place before Infinity War and ignores the bit in Black Widow where the Red Room, also known as the Black Widow Program, was terminated. Also ignores the Socovia Acords. It stands to reason that there were others to escape the clutches of the Red Room other than Natasha Romanoff. Would they also be Avenger material? Would they maybe even help Natasha to see that her past does not need to haunt her forever, that she can let go and have what normal people have? Luka-short for Lupus-was a widow. The Red room ran experiments to create the best widow. They experimented with cell manipulation. They've fused Lu's cells with wolf DNA and they can not know that they were successful-at whatever the cost. Shortly after she was experimented on, Luka escaped and supposedly died from the inhuman transformation. However, she did not die and went on to live a life as an assassin-the only life she knows how to live. When a string of strange, animalistic, maulings occur in New York in a time between battles when the Avengers have too much time on their hands, Captain America aids in the investigation. Little do they know that the perpetrator is an ex Widow experiment and that she needs their help. Note, it's a slow burn and all characters belong to marvel other than the oc. **currently I haven't added any smut, there's some hot scenes thoComplete
