Suicidal
This is the story of an abused teenage girl, Maddie. Her need to die has become overwhelming and she is trying to find a way to help herself before she does something she may regret. The story is told from her point of view as she recalls all that has happened to her. Maybe telling her story will help her, maybe not. This isn't just any other sob story. This is more realistic. You may even find yourself comparing your life to Maddie's while reading this story. Disclosure: I wrote this as a 13-year-old and the writing is definitely not up to my current standards, but I feel as though changing what I have already written would take away from the emotion I put into this story at 13 years old. If you'd like an updated and more well-written version, please read my other story entitled "Remembering". TW/CW: domestic violence, child abuse, sexual assault, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideationKumpleto
Saving Bagel ↠ Editing

For example, she hasn't seen her reflection in over 10 years, spends her free time re-watching episodes of Friends, while her only friend is a seventy year old British man who she calls her Teacher. But when the impossibly beautiful Jacoby Winters shows up on her doorstep one stupid night, she see things in a whole new perspective. Will this be the start of something new? This is her pathetic tale of hope, new friendship, and first love- a coming of age story about getting through life even though life may not seem to be worth living.Kumpleto

And even though it was nice, she wasn't supposed to stay on the farm; let alone for six months. But something in her gut told her to stay - and she soon figures out why. Jay Roberts was your typical twenty year old. Partying, late nights and fun. But more than anything, he wanted to come home. And his mistakes brought him back. But he shows up and discovers a mystery girl has turned the farm upside down. And he can't figure out why. It also doesn't help that the girl wants to remain a mystery. Over the course of a long summer, two people will discover their need for not only each other, but to be saved. [WARNING: this is an old story from my earlier days as a writer; it's severely unedited and somewhat cringe-worthy - read at your own risk.]Kumpleto
