Deirdre is a girl raised to be a slave. She was found abandoned when she was young and named after the term sorrowful. Although she stays quiet, she thrives to show herself and regain herself on her own.   Who is she and who will she encounter? Will she regain love and confidence? It's up to her to find out and see.


   Prince  Lenon is engaged for marriage to impress and gain his fathers love and trust.  He purchased Deirdre to work as a servant and maid to his to be wife, but she soon grows onto him as a friend and possibly more? He hopes to bring peace and change himself to the man he finds fit to be a true king and he must make hard decisions on the way.


   Together they will fight an oppressed society , a heartless wedding, secrets, and even each other. Showing that even a sorrowful beginning can come to a happy ending.
