Johnnie Guilbert used to be on the swim team, but due to a tragic accedent; he quits. In fact, after that accedent, he's become afraid of swimming in water. So when his best friend Kyle drags him to the lake house during the summer; Johnnie is absolutely terrified. Curious to know more, Kyle assumes that Johnnie doesn't know how to swim. So what does Kyle do? He teaches Johnnie. The deeper they go into the lessons, Kyle discovers more about Johnnie's past. And for Johnnie, well... he discovers deeper feelings for Kyle.

The man was so close, he could smell him, his senses were clouded and he forgot what he was going to say. Putting his hands on the locker behind Kyle's head, Xavier leaned in till his mouth was on Kyle's ear. "I don't bite, you know" he whispered into the younger man's ear making him shudder. ____ Kyle has always gotten attention from both genders looking the way he did, he was used to it. 'Please just let me not get a roommate. Please!' I thought as I walked through the school to the office. "Hello, How may I help you?" Asked an elderly woman, sitting at a desk. "I'm new here," I said. "Ah, so you're going to need a room, aren't you?" she asked. I nodded yes and filled out the various forms. The woman buzzed someone to come down the office as I finished signing his name. A few moments later a girl with purple hair came into the office. "Alex, this is Kyle. Can you show him to room 207 please?" Alex nodded yes and she and I left the office. "Here's your room," Alex said, knocking on the door. "Sorry, Johnnie's been...a bit out of it recently." I gave her a confused look and she opened the door. It was pitch black in the room. "Johnnie?" asked Alex softly. There was a sniffling sound and some shuffling. "Well when you're done playing turtle, you've got a new roommate. This is Kyle," Alex said, pushing me into the room like she was feeding a lion. I tripped over my own suitcase, landing on the floor.
