I was watching the Science Channel the other day while I was crocheting, and the show, "How It's Made" was on. I was just kinda listening to it in the background as I was crocheting, when a segment come on about how mushrooms are grown. This got my attention, so I put down my crochet and started watching. All in all, it was pretty fascinating, but the part that really caught my attention was when the narrator mentioned that mushrooms need lots of oxygen to grow. That like humans, the intake oxygen and expel carbon dioxide. Where as green plants take in carbon dioxide and give off oxygen. This just seemed to spark something creative in my mind....what if mutant space mushrooms took over the Earth?
So that is how the idea for this story came to be. I now introduce you to my next attempt at trying to write a complete short story....

As the narrator, I'm tempted to simply write "Middle Finger" because that is essentially what you'll feel like I'm giving you in telling this story. However, for the sake of not being a complete dick, I'll write a little more than just a description of a disrespectful gesture. This story can aptly be described as crude and deranged. As you may have surmised, a crazy person will be telling this story, and the characters involved are indeed also all crazy in their own special ways. So, given this exercise in mental illness, the topics touched on (in no particular order) in this tale are destruction, death, superpowered wackos, torture, pain, loneliness, chaos, the will to survive, never giving up, giving up and not giving a shit, the desire to protect, failing to protect and causing more trouble than was already present, disappointing and/or abusive parental figures, bullies, unjust punishments, just punishments, racism, violent and usually superpowered fights, sci-fi gadgets, bitterness, sarcasm, twisted and demented comedy, control or lack thereof, weird and awkward high school drama, lies and brainwashing, alien aggression, moral ambiguity, unhinged villains, fantastical weapons, a piece of shit main character, conditional friendship, a fuck load of musical references, anger, fear, depression, extra-dimensional creatures, godly powers, various esoteric connections, pop culture references, and of course, in general, superpowers.Completa
Their Precious Mate
"Hey," I said cautiously, scared to make the first move. Thankfully, I didn't have to make it. Luca stepped forward and took me by the waist, pulling me close to him. A jealous snarl ripped from Anthony's chest. Did he just growl? What the hell's going on here?! Luca leaned closer to me, ignoring Anthony. "I'm not good with words like these. But you know that, Mavis." He smiled gently while his eyes filled with an emotion - love?- that caused butterflies in my stomach. A warm feeling surrounded my heart. Did it just speed up? "So, this is the only way I can describe it." He suddenly leaned his head down and captured my lips in a long kiss. It was gentle, yet harsh. He claimed my lips as his own, taking complete control. He made a possessive noise into the kiss. making my heart fill with affection. I was suddenly jerked from him and a second body wrapped around me possessively. It was Anthony. And he looked pissed. Mavis, a young teenage human girl, lived a life of normalcy with her five best friends. But when these men reveal their true forms and claim her as their mate, she realizes the world is filled with not just humans, but hidden supernaturals. And her five 'best friends' aren't as innocent as she thought. ---------------------- Note: This story was written by me originally a long time ago. [STANDALONE] Warnings: *Story moves kind of fast but oh well *Includes sexual content aka SMUT ~ "Mhm." I hummed out. He moves the fabric of my thong out of the way, positioning two fingers at the entrance ready to shove them in before the car door opens. "Get out." Sebastian pulls me off of his lap. "What the fuck? Who do you think you are?" The guy from the diner yells getting out the car too. Ah shit I didn't even get his name. "Get the fuck out off of my property or I'll kill you." Sebastian threatens. Diner guy's eyes widen as he gets in the car and drives away. "What the hell is wrong with you?" I spat at Sebastian who had already turned around and started walking back to the house. "I told you I forbid you from having sex with any other men." He replies. "You can't forbid me to do anything. You don't own me." I argued. He turns around smirking at me. "Technically I do." "Well I don't care. I'm going to do whatever I want, with whoever I want-" He grabs my throat and pushing me against the door. I stared right into his eyes. I didn't see anger, I just saw lust. "You're not going to do anything with anyone because I'm gonna make sure you don't. You're mine princess. All mine." He whispers possessively into my ear. I could feel my insides twisting and turning. I was already turned on and now I'm turned on even more. He flips me around so that my back is facing him and arches my back so that my butt is against him. He pulls my dress over my butt placing his hand gently on my butt rubbing it before slapping it. "I will punish you if I catch you having sex with anyone." "You won't do shit." I said but it came out more of a whimper since he slowly slid his hand down to my core cupping it. He uses the pad of his thumb to rub my bud and slides it between my wet folds. "Try me." Well, in their quest for scientific breakthroughs, our brilliant, overachieving ancestors unknowingly rewrote the entire genetic playbook for our bloodline-long before I was even conceived. By running experiments on themselves, they inadvertently spliced and hardcoded their DNA with something not even they fully understood. The result? Earl Williams the 28th. Born with a delightful grab bag of 5th-dimensional (5D) abilities, including, but not limited to, immortality. And I know what you're thinking. 'Wow! Immortality? That's incredible!' Well, let's see if you feel the same way after falling in love with your soulmate, watching them grow old and die, while you just keep on, existing. Turns out, eternal youth isn't all it's cracked up to be. In fact, it can be less of a gift, and more of a life sentence. Just after Earl's 400th birthday he discovered his 5th dimensional abilities could take him pretty far; literally. As in intergalactic travel. Over time he met other interdimensional beings. Such as Draco, a powerful 4D being who motioned for the ICU to immediately annihilate all of humanity, in order to give Earth time to rebuild its natural resources. Initially, the Intergalactic Chamber of the Universe granted Draco permission to follow through with his murderous plan. However, Earl stepped in and pleaded for humanity's relocation instead of their annihilation. You see Earl himself was earth born. Only as a teenager, did he discover his 5D abilities. He saw the progress humanity had been making. He knew they had learned from their past environmental failures. In his opinion, the people of Earth didn't have to die. The Games
Prologue: Earth has found out they're not alone in the universe. An alien species have contacted Earth, giving them a chance to be protected by the aliens out there that threatens the universe. They inform them that there are in fact thousands of alien species out there. The alien race, who calls themselves Opsidians, offer Earth a chance at competing in the Games, a televised reality competition game they host. In order to win the protection, Earth will have to send a tribute to the Games. They know little to nothing about the Games or these alien species. But after consideration, they don't see the harm in sending one. And realise it might be their only chance.Completa

I went on a field trip to the Solar System Police department and accidentally sloved one their cases and now I work for them, as a consultant, in solving their cases when their monkey brains can't fucking solve for shit. Oh, I get paid for it too, at least I get something out of it. (Based around the new show High Potential, really good show. Will be based around the episodes.
