Brittany is technically the perfect teenage girl, but all that is about to change. Brittany lives in Silver Springs, a small town, with little knowledge of the larger world around her. It's the last day of junior year for Brittany, and she and her friend Shannon have been planning the perfect summer for years. But her summer is automatically ruined when her parents admit to her that her father has lost his job. The family is now bankrupt and cannot afford to keep Brittany in the house anymore. Brittany is forced to move to the city, get a job, and learn to live life on her own. Brittany meets Dylan, a bad boy from a rowdy NYC gang, and instantly falls in love with him. But she also has feelings for Colin, Dylan's best friend and part of the gang. Do they love her the same way she loves them? And, who will win Brittany over in the end?
