Axis

15 year old, Dessa, just realized what was happening. The world used to spin on its' axis, letting the whole world get equal amount of sunlight. It now slowed to a stop, which means things will be falling and breaking apart. No sunlight for one half of the world, and too much for the other. What will her parents, the Presidents of the former country of Australia do to protect the new country of Grenant, and more importantly, their daughter?
