  He's around my age and has a perfect quiff of brown hair. He is wearing a grey t-shirt and blue jeans that fit just right. He looks like he is trying to be happy, forcing a smile.

   "Hi! I'm Tasha, this is Connor, and she is Maddie!" The mom, Tasha, reaches to shake my hand.

 " Hi, I'm Cat. Nice to meet you." I shake her hand back.

My. face" I manage to get out through my small, continuing fits of laughter. "You aren't mad at me?"
