Capital: Abey's Saga
A slave revolt in the fourth spiral arm of the Ajjan Galaxy, saw a group of slaves win their freedom from the Upmanc Conglomerate. The slaves hard won victory encouraged them to build their own society free from the prejudice they had lived with for so long.
More than half a galactic rotation later, the Phoer Federation sprouted and grew from the dreams of a newly free people into a flourishing society. The Federation, spanning three star systems, celebrate the sacrifices of their Founders by recreating the hardships the first settlers experienced pioneering the Phoersian's governing planet Nearous.
The Environmental Awareness Course is a highly prestigious and elite rite of passage ceremony. The top Phoer Federation Academy students between fifteen and nineteen annual cycles old compete in this brutal race across the untamed wilds of the Dalas' Plains, the location where the Federation Founders first carved out what would become their home.
Abey Doris, a Retros Academy student following in the footsteps of her Founder ancestors earned a Selection onto the Course. Unknown to Abey, and the citizens of the Federation, the Upmanc Conglomerate had returned.
As the Federations top Academy student's reach the starting line of the Course, events begin to spiral out of control on planet Nearous. This is the first book in Abey's Saga.
